Any way to hide the 'ongoing' check box in an ICD submission?

Hello!

We have a requirement to hide the 'ongoing' tick box when an employee submits an ICD… i.e. make the end date mandatory… We see an idea raised but it was archived, is there no other way to configure this?

It means an recurring payment could continue forever -
