CIC+(Experion presently) integration to ORC

Summary:

We are migrating to ORC from Taleo.

We had passport integrations between CIC+ to Taleo.

As per my understanding there are no seeded OVI service between ORC and CIC+

So wanted to understand how other people who are using CIC as their tax form partner are using it with ORC.
