Anyone experiencing issues access the recruiting content library?

Summary:

Not able to make offers currently due to this error. The templates stores in the content library are not able to be pulled into ORC for an offer build. We only use Job Offer Templates based on Job for offer letters.

We are receiving this error: "Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #1": The Recruiting Content Library task couldn't be called. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.
