Beneficiary missing some data

Hello!
I am using subject area Benefits - Enrollment Real Time to pull out primary beneficiaries.
I have a record in file that is missing some data.
EMP Person Number Beneficiary Name | Beneficiary Address Line1 | City | Region2 | ZIP | RLTP | % | Plan Name |
203207 |

However, when I look at the person, they have a name and address
This is only for four records out of 750.
ANy idea why this data is missing? Is there a synch process i can run?
