Historical data clean up before implementing 22D feature for autocomplete rule for final close

Hi There,

We are implementing 22D feature autocomplete rule for final close on termination . Since this functionality donot work on historical data , hence I used created final close HSDL using (Upload Final Close HSDL (Doc ID 2875369.1) and then submitted ElementDurationDate.Dat HDL. Next, uploaded PersonalPaymentMethod.dat file for terminated team members.

Please advise, if steps performed are correct or I missed any steps to add final close date for personal payment method and element duration date to terminated records.
