Add new fields in "Sensitive Info - Biographical Info" section into candidate's Job Application

Hello Community.

Our customer needs to add three new fields (Country of Birth, Region of Birth and Town of Birth) in "Sensitive Info - Biographical Info" section into candidate's Job Application in HCM.

How could we add these fields?
