International employment contracts: Legal Employer, PSU, LDG config

edited May 7, 2024 9:15AM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 1 comment

Summary: We have cases where employees are working in offices in a different country than where the legal employer is situated.

Thus the LDG linked to the PSU for the legal employer is different from the LDGs that should be applied for these employees as local rules should apply (international contract).

Any idea how this can be configured (except for creating dummy legal employers)?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

1 legal employer, linked to a PSU with a certain LDG. Several offices abroad with people working in it, for these people the rules in their working country (<> legal employer country) should apply (different LDG, different absences, other regulations as to what data can be/should be collected,…). How can this be administered in Oracle HCM Cloud?

Howdy, Stranger!
