Oracle Maps no longer calculating distance or showing map

Summary:

Our client wishes to use Oracle Maps for expense report mileage, we have completed the necessary setup steps but the only environment this works correctly in is Dev. The setup and testing was carried out in Dev and Test both of which initially worked. Now in both Test and Production the functionality only enables you to enter the to and from address but not trip distance is calculated and the map is not displayed. Has anyone else experienced this? Would their system security have any impact on this working?
