OTBI Analysis for for Performance Documents

I need help/guidance in setting up an analysis filter to only pull the last 12 months of Performance Documents from the Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time table. I have been struggling with the Document Start Date filter and trying to land on the right SQL to do this. Has anyone been able to successfully set up a filter like this in analysis?
