How can new candidates select both text and email communication methods ?
At present, it is my understanding that two way messaging with candidattes depends on the candidate's preferred mode, e.g. if they choose text as their prefered mode, emails can not be sent. So only one mode can be used.
Reviewing 23B Update notes for recruting Booster, it was mentioned that brand new candidates are only able to select one communication method, while returning candidates have the option to select both email and text.
My question is: Is there a method or workaround to allow even new candidates to select both text and email communication, rather than being restricted to just one option? So that in RB the end user has the options to use both emails and text in two way messaging to interact with the candidate
