Past time period reporting based on requisition status

Report on a specific past time frame based on requisition status

Is it possible to run a report based on all requisitions that were in an active open status within a specific time period in the past? I want to make sure that all requisitions are captured, both the ones opened during this time frame as well as the requisitions previously opened and in an active open status.
