How to edit create layouts for contact relationship related objects

Summary:

I am trying to configure the Create Relationship foldout panel but I am not able to find where to do that. I created the Smart Action and a dynamic table which renders on the panel of the contacts layout. But now I need to configure the Create Relationship layout.
