Default Ship to Location

Summary:

hi Gurus,

how is the ship to location defaulted while creating a sales orders, for example a customer has 10 different ship to locations a random ship to location is populated upon selecting the customer. I had observed ship to location set as primary is not also getting defaulted after selecting the customer.
