Not able to view results of 'View Gaps' and 'View Overlays' in Territory

Hi,

We have configured territories and for few territories at same level, we have given same dimensions.

We tried to view overlays and view gaps, but we are getting below message.

"To see results, enable the territory validations option, then run the load and activate process."

When we checked in "Enable Dimensions and metrics" task, enable the territory validations option is greyed out and not able to edit.

Is there any way to identify Gaps and Overlays to Territories, even if Territory not assigned to Account or Opty.

Moreover, we are also looking out for a report to identify gaps and overlays, any OOTB report available.
