New position Page not rendering correctly with Business Rules

I have hidden the following fields 'Working Hours' and Working Hours frequency' in VBS

However the title of the field is still displaying on the page?


Similarly I am trying to expose Probationary Period and Frequency as these are fields we use however I can mark them as required but cant seem to change the 'hidden' setting?
