Where can I locate the candidate merge logs?

Summary:

The Oracle documentation for merging of duplicates refers to pre and post-merge reports that are attached for traceability. Where can I locate these? I found this profile value ( IRC_CAND_MERGE_LOGS) but I'm not sure whether a report is available and can be attached to the candidate or job application.
