HCM Communicate Multiple Choice Get Response Campaign

Summary:

Currently, get response campaigns allow you to send one question per template in a single-choice format. It would be useful to have the ability to create multiple-choice questions in a get-response campaign. It would also be useful to create a get-response campaign that allows campaign managers to ask more than one question.

We need the ability to ask more than one question in a get-response campaign. This could be very useful for ongoing campaigns in which we can send out follow-up get-response emails to employees who give specific responses to the first email sent.
