In 'Process Requisition' page, Requisition BU Lov is default to only one BU.

Summary:During UAT testing, the Superuser (Buyer) expressed a desire to see all requisition Business Unit values on the 'Process Requisition' page. However, currently, it defaults to a single BU. We have granted data access to all Business Units. Additionally, a Procurement agent setup has been completed for all Business Units for this super user. Is there any missing setup issue?
