How to disable credit review function

Currently we are using credit review function in receivables module to review and release the on hold order from Order Management module.

We want to disable the credit review function as we want to release the on hold orders from Order management module itself. How we can disable the credit review function as system is not allowing to disable or end date the credit case folder template in the setup.

Please tell us how we can disable this.
