What are the implications if order of Control Budget Structure is different from order of COA Segmen

Let's say the COA segment structure is as follows, in order:

1. Company
2. Department
3. Account
4. Project

But in the Manage Control Budget, the control budget setup has the following control budget structure, in order:

1. Company
2. Project
3. Account.

Will this lead to error in other setup or anything else that we should consider?
