Transfer to HR while employee has a pending transaction

Hello experts,

I was testing the "Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR" process while an employee has a pending transaction that affects their salary (i.e., add new assignment, global transfer, etc). I thought that after running the transfer process there would be some kind of error letting me knowing that the transfer was not completed due to the pending transaction.

However, I found out that the employee's record was processed (since I have set the Mark Assignments as Processed as YES), but the new salary is not visible in core hr. I can still see the previous salary.
