How to manipulate access to update owner of opportunity as Sales Manager?

If they are opportunity owner

If the opportunity is part of brand sales group assigned to them.

Brand sales group is the area of working for user and it is assigned to them when the user is created.

And in opportunity we have brand sales group is populated according to price books.
