How to configure accounting calendar fiscal year, to be the year in which period starts and not end.

We need to have fiscal year as a calendar year for monthly period frequency type GL accounting calendar. So, for period of 1-Apr-2024 to 31-Mar-2024, fiscal year and period year should be 2024, instead of system generated 2025.
