New task added to "Create Job Requisition" does not display to HMs

Summary:

I have added a new task in the existing Contextual Journey for the Create Job Requisition quick action. It is not updating in the UI, i.e. to the Hiring Manager. I cannot find a scheduled process to run and not sure why the task is not displaying. Any thoughts?
