Cancel job offers in manage job offer withdraw reason issue

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have recently turned on the feature of Cancel and Redraft Job offers of 24A functionality and we observed that when we select Cancel Job offers, Withdraw job offers reasons in HR phase are not matching . I.e; With draw reasons from ORC is appearing correctly and is coming from CSP HR Phase .Where as Manage Job Offers - Cancel Job Offers - HR phase showing different drop downs or it is showing the reasons of Reject Job offer of HR states Any idea of how to fix ?

Did any one facing similar issue?
