Combined Weighted Threshold opt in Lockbox under Manage AutoMatch Rule set not working as Expected

In Lockbox Process, Under Manage AutoMatch Rule set , Combined Weighted Threshold Details not working as Expected.

User tried to apply the receipts by changing the Customer Weighted Threshold Details, however it did not work.

Customer Weight 29%
Transaction Weight 1% - Transaction weight is least priority.
Amount Weight 70 %

More weightage is on the basis of Amount and Customer, this is the Business Requirement.

Receipts and Transaction amounts are matching exactly, that is why amount weightage is 70%.
