Is there any REST API available in Fusion Apps to update BMP Task Rules configurations

Our organization determines the approval routing of payments based on the amount. Since payments could be generated in different currencies, every month, we update the corresponding amount depending of the exchange rate for that month. If we had a Rest API, then we could automate the changes in the PaymentApproval rules, using the exchange rates already maintained in Oracle. As of now we have to make these changes on each rule manually.
