What is the determinant of 'My Journeys'?

Summary:

I am seeking some additional information regarding the configuration of Journeys. It is our observation that unless manually assigned, any journeys configured based on hcm transactions will be assigned to the subject of the action (ie employee undergoing manager change) and that the journey will be considered 'theirs'.

We have use cases where we want the journey to be assigned to the manager during these events. It appears that this only is possible at the task level, but the effect of this is that the Journey will not show under the 'My Journeys' tab. This is especially frustrating for onboarding where the manager may be required to complete a number of actions which can get lost in the larger task list.
