Is there a functionality that sends notification to creator of budget group if certain level is met

Is there a functionality in the system that sends notification to the creator of the budget account group.

For example, CREATOR1 created a budget account group in the budget monitor (Budgetary Control Dashboard), once the budget of an account combination reached 70% or 30% (please see the screenshot), CREATOR1 will receive a notification that the account combination he/she monitoring has reached 70% or 30%
