Absence approval Setup modification for probation period employees

We have Absence approval Setup, where we need to Modify Workflow Leave Approval Request for specific Absence type -

Current flow :
• Employee Submit - Reporting Line Approve

Proposal flow (Only for employees under Probation period - 90days)
• Employee Submit - Reporting Line Approve - HR Approve

But Proposal flow for employees not under Probation period should be as follows for the same Absence type-
• Employee Submit - Reporting Line Approve
