How to get/enable Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Predictor in CX Sales ?

Summary:

We would like to use the Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Predictor in our CX Sales instance to get the top recommendations (Product recommendations for the customers) at the account level.

And I go through the below Oracle documentation to enable the Sales Predictor feature


But didn't get enough details on how to enable it. could anyone help me understand this feature?
