How to Modify Ordered Quantity that have been Partially Shipped/Closed

Hi
We have 1 dropship sales order. Lets say SO001 and also have been sent to supplier as PO001. SO001 have 3 line items with different items. The 1st line has 10 EA.

The 1st line have been partially shipped, 6 EA. SO the line 1 in SO001 will be split become line 1-1 with 6 EA (the status is awaiting billing or closed) and line 1-2 with 4 EA (the status is awaiting shipping).

The supplier than ship the rest of ordered quantity, which is 4 EA. But they ship 5 EA. How to modify the quantity in line 1-2? Can the changes integrate to PO?
