Create a Requisition Deep Link within a contextual journey

Has anyone been able to create a deep link within a recruitment contextual journey that references back to the requisition created within the journey?

What I am looking for it providing the Hiring Manager with a link back to the requisition against all tasks so that they don't have to exit the journey, at the moment I can only find a generic link to ALL requisitions.

Then, on one of the tasks, we are asking HMs to action candidates within a specific Phase and State, so I would like to provide a deep link that takes them to the requisition candidate list contextualised by phase and state. The phase and state I have but don't know how to call the req number! Any ideas?
