Debit Advice Email ID - how to pull the email from the customer contact?
Hi,
I'm looking for some clarification on the Debit Advice Email ID within Receipt of Payment Notification Preferences. My understanding is that this needs to be populated in order to send the direct debit prenotification. However, after looking at the customer contact points and FBDI Customer spreadsheet loader, there doesn't seem to be a way to mass upload this field or automatically pull the primary contacts email address into it.
Is this the case? it seems a massive task to be able to populate the email address across all customers using the direct debit functionality.
