Allocation Example

Need to allocate by department from one entity to multiple others.

I'm looking for a good example of how-to allocation costs from one entity (multiple departments) to multiple sister entities (same department). This would for calculation manager and would use an input allocation %. Possibly two levels of allocation %. the amount in the initial entity would need to be zeroed as well.
