How can to make our dsitribution of retained earnings by BU now we have 2 legal entity but 3 bussiness units

This 2 BU are under 1 of legal entity but need to see this reatiangs earnings distrubuite in this BU they have representation in one segment of the COA.

Any body have idea to help me, the allocation is not the option customer not approve
