Auto-rejection of applications for candidates based on Nationality or Based on Pre-screening
Summary:
The current Taleo implementation requires applicants to apply for a job against a requisition. However, due to security requirements, we need to restrict applications to specific nationalities or citizens for most positions. This means that if a candidate who is not a citizen applies for a job, their application should be automatically rejected. There may be exceptions to this rule, and recruiters should have the ability to override this requirement for certain job requisitions.
