Import External Transactions to the Tax Repository ended in error status

Hello All,

We have this issue wherein the "Create Taxable Transactions in Spreadsheet" is showing a status of row successfully inserted but when we check in the GL module, the journal still not created. Upon checking in the scheduled process, I saw the job "Import External Transactions to the Tax Repository" ended in error status.

Error Message: ORA-22160: element at index [3] does not exist

We have tried to download a new Create Taxable Transactions in Spreadsheet and reupload the journal but job still ended in error status.

Is there someone encounter the same error when using this spreadsheet from GL module?
