OCI: User Exceeded Maximum Active Connections

Symptoms

The following is seen in the /var/log/messages logs:

Apr 26 08:58:42 usiadecnobiap01 dbus-daemon[1675]: [system] The maximum number of active connections for UID 1001 has been reached (max_connections_per_user=256)

Apr 26 08:59:21 usiadecnobiap01 dbus-daemon[1675]: [system] The maximum number of active connections for UID 1001 has been reached (max_connections_per_user=256)

Apr 26 08:59:32 usiadecnobiap01 dbus-daemon[1675]: [system] The maximum number of active connections for UID 1001 has been reached (max_connections_per_user=256)

Apr 26 08:59:44 usiadecnobiap01 dbus-daemon[1675]: [system] The maximum number of active connections for UID 1001 has been reached (max_connections_per_user=256)

Cause

Maximum Connections for the user has been exceeded.
