Do California and Illinois EEO reports still require actual hours worked and wages paid?
Summary:
I'm getting conflicting feedback, therefore, wanted to ask the experts what they have or are doing to meet CA and IL EEO requirements. Do we need to report "actual" pay and hours worked? Will reporting hourly pay rate and not hours worked data mmet CA and IL EEO requirements? Do you meet these requirements with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR?
