how to enable compensation statement to employees

Summary:

We are working on a Global Career Framework and planning to announce the new titles via a statement. We are creating a plan in compensation module so we can generate the statements for communications which has their compensation details as well. however, we wanted to enable that in ESS so employees can access their own statements. is there a possibility to do this? I would highly appreciate guidance as this is an urgent need.
