Restrict somebody’s access to that only to see the transactions that they created (AR-Invoice)

Is it possible to limit/restrict somebody’s access to only see the transactions that they have created (Invoices AR (Billing – Transactions) ?

User “A” created Transactions in AR – A user should have access to those transactions alone, & User “A” should not have access/view to other transactions created by other users.
