No VAT for freight items

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I have required: While creating a SO i'll add a dummy item called "Freight" for that "Freight" Item VAT should not need to be calculated. (OR) how to prevent VAT for that particular item. As of now VAT is calculating for all the item in SO line. i need to avoid this only for Freight item.

is there any work around available.
