OTBI Report Issue with Candidate Inclusion and Exclusion

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

I'm facing a challenge with the OTBI report. I'm trying to incorporate two sets of logic:

  1. Requisitions with candidates.
  2. Requisitions without candidates.

However, when I include the candidates in the report, the requisitions without candidates are not appearing. As a result, I'm unable to obtain the exact results. I'd greatly appreciate your expertise in resolving this issue.

Please find attached the catalog file containing requisitions with candidates. I also require data for requisitions both with and without candidates.
