restrict job advert

Summary:

We have had a request internally for Oracle Recruiting to allow us to Post a Job advert internally, but restrict visibility of the advert so that some people can see it and others cannot. Is there any way to restrict access to the Internal Job Site so that some adverts are effectively not visible to some users?

I cannot see any way to do this, but we are looking for confirmation as to whether this is possible or not please?
