Usage of Multiple BU/LE in Redwood HRHD

Summary:

Client needs to secure the HR Help Desk Module at the legal entity level. Specifically, Client wishes to use the HR Help Desk Module for both legal entities – LE1 and LE2. Additionally, Clients is seeking to secure categories, queues, and service requests at the legal entity level. Also, to bring this to your notice, all the employees in the system belong to the same business unit at the assignment level.

We are attempting the Multiple Business Unit Method to meet these requirements. For this purpose, our approach is to create a separate Service BU for both legal entities, and each Service BU would have its own set of categories.
