There’s a requirement from one of the UK customers to utilize the out-of-the-box ‘Gender Pay Gap Report.’

The doc suggests to use the following balances to generate the Ordinary Pay and the Bonus details:

• Gender Pay Gap Reporting Ordinary Pay
• Gender Pay Gap Reporting Bonus Pay

Is anyone aware of the list of the standard elements that should feed these balances?
