Issues sending test emails from Eloqua

I'm having issues sending test emails to myself from Eloqua. I get the error "Alert! - No emails were sent." and I click 'Send Anyway' nothing happens. (See screenshot)

I've noticed that in Eloqua the system keeps globally unsubscribing me, even when I go back into the settings and manually subscribe to all mailings. Two minutes later I get automatically unsubscribed. I'm Not sure why this is happening :(
