Is anyone familiar with resolving a "pycloadd:2" error?

Summary:

I'm running a payroll calculation on an element where status processing rules were updated to include a new costing element, but encounter the following error. I'm unsure what's causing this error and how to resolve it. There is information regarding pycloadd:1 and pycloadd:3 errors, but I couldn't find anything about this one. Any help is appreciated.
