How do we purge data on employees in HCM to be in compliance with the California Senate Bill 362?

I am looking for the scheduled jobs or processes to purge employee data in HCM. Is there a mass process or multiple processes that can be run? This bill known as the Delete Act was passed in California.

How is Oracle handling this?
